The app offers full access to our quotation facility, renewal alerts, claim intimation, location service and a lot more that matter to our customers and their businesses.
The reason why we capture personal information of a user in our IOS App is that when we quote a rate for a motor policy , the quotation is sent to the client via email or sms also. more over when our customer reports a claim, we need to know on which policy the claim is being reported. A policy is picked depending on the Phone number and email id of the customer . Also in the next phase we are planning to provide even more services to the customer like issuing policies etc. For all these reasons we require personal information to be collected so that we can ensure that correct data is pulled and correct information is passed on to our customer.
